Job description
Responsibilities will include:
· Generation of new business to expand customer base
· Managing customer relationships
· Working closely with the Estimating team to ensure customers quotations are generated to customer expectations
· Follow up quotations with customers
· Liaise with Technical and Production Departments to ensure customer orders achieve agreed timescales on delivery
· Oversee uploading of content on the Company website and social media channels
· Monthly strategy meetings with website hosts to regarding website and SEO performance
Desired work/education experience:
· Attained a good standard of education including Maths and English.
· Experience in the Metalwork or Fencing Industry
Desired skills and qualities:
· Experience of B2B sales
· Ability to spot opportunities for cross selling
· Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)
· Good people skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
· Positive attitude
· Able to manage own diary and workload effectively
· IT literate with Microsoft Office 365
Extra information:
Full-time 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday (occasional overtime available)
