Fence Erector / Fencing Labourer required for a leading Architectural Metalwork Company based in Nottinghamshire, erecting decorative metal fencing, guardrails and pedestrian parapets.

Salary: Negotiable on experience and training, all PPE provided.

Location: Nationwide (usually working away from home Monday to Friday). Accommodation and meal allowances are part of package when working away from home.

Job type: Full-Time, Permanent (3-month trial period).

Please note: You must hold a current clean driving licence. A valid CSCS card would be advantageous, but not essential.

Job Overview

Most of our work is within the construction industry and clients include the major home building companies, local authorities, schools and private clients.

Working as a Fence Erector / Fencing Labourer you will be working on site alongside a foreman to ensure the job gets completed on time and to a high standard. This is a very ‘hands on’ physically demanding role and you will be expected to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Candidate Requirements

As a Fence Erector / Fencing Labourer you will have the following skills and experience:

• You must hold a current clean driving licence.
• You must be able to work under own initiative and within a team environment.
• Knowledge and experience of the installation of fencing and gates preferred but not essential.
• Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Other health and safety qualifications, first aid at work.
