At Alpha Rail, we have a range of standard metal guardrail available in large quantities. Metal guardrail is used on all roads, and on most of the facilities located along these roads, such as footbridges, pedestrian paths and bicycle paths that run through engineering structures. Their purpose is to guide pedestrians away from danger on the road. Our metal guardrail is available in sizes such as 1 and 2 metre lengths with a galvanised finish. The maximum gap between the top rail and intermediate rail should be 470mm.

Where is a guardrail used? 

Guardrail is mainly used around busy roads to direct pedestrians away from the road and to a safe location, for example, a crossing.
