A new extension to an existing residential apartment building located at 70 West Hill will provide five new high-end apartments for the area.
Designed by Norton Mayfield Architects, the building is located on the corner of a road junction, therefore a solution was required that would offer privacy to the residents as well as being aesthetically pleasing.
Contracted by Cherry Contractors, Alpha Rail supplied and installed 38 linear metres of 800mm high decorative vertical bar railings, bespoke ‘window railing’ panels along with matching fan panels to the courtyards and terraces of the new flats. All materials were galvanised as standard, followed by a polyester powder coated finish in RAL 9011 – graphite black.
