Alpha Rail have recently been involved in a project to install 520m of trip railing around Abbey Park at Pershore for Wychavon District Council.
Wychavon District Council realised there was an issue occurring with trespassers freeley coming onto Abbey Park and people parking on the grassed areas which was ruining the look of the park. They figured the best way to keep them out would be to add trip railing around the perimeter of the park. It was also a concern to the council that having railings round would ruin the heritage of the park, for this reason they had to seriously consider what railings they were going to choose.
Alexandra Morris from Wychavon District Council was originally in contact with Alpha Rail to enquire about the supply and install of 520m of trip rail and a barrier gate around Abbey Park. What they wanted from Alpha Rail is for us to install a very minimalistic trip rail around the park to be able to keep the history and heritage of it whilst also trying to increase the security at the same time.
The project went well and Alpha rail has successfully added minimalistic railings to the park which also keep trespassers out and prevents people from parking there. Alpha Rail installed:
We had no problems whatsoever with this project and the client was happy all the way through the process.
Alpha Rail was successful with this project and it turned out very well, it was completed on time and all ran very smoothly. The client was very happy with the results of the trip rail and we even received some positive feedback from them. A Few quotes from Wychavon District Councils feedback are below:
“I would certainly recommend others to use Alpha Rail.”
