Alpha Rail Worked on Six New Luxury Homes

Client Overview

Alpha Rail have recently headed over to the construction site of six 3-storey luxury homes situated on Wentworth Drive to begin a new project on installing different products to create a modern look to the new homes. The client for this job was Bonham Property who are specialists in the management and delivery of luxury homes for private clients. They were in contact with Paddy Robinson, the senior site manager from Firmitas Design & Build Ltd about the construction of this development.

Project Brief

Bonham Property were looking for Firmitas Design & Build Ltd to construct six luxury, 3 storey homes with lower ground garage parking for each house. Alpha Rail were contacted by Firmitas for an enquiry on the supply and install of:

• Decorative balustrade
• Single leaf gates
• Supply of decorative stair spindles. (to be installed by others)

They wanted specific designs for the balustrades and stair spindles so that they matched in the indoors and outdoors of the properties. They did this to give the homes a more modern and clean look.

How did it go / The Strategy

This project went well, it successfully met the criteria that the client asked for. Alpha rail supplied and installed 149M of decorative balustrade, 2M of single leaf gates and supplied decorative stair spindles.

Outcomes / Results

The client was very happy how the railings turned out. The client wanted to keep the houses looking very modern for the interior and exterior. By having the decorative balustrade and stair spindles this allowed them to get the look they wanted as they had total freedom on the design.
