Damstead Park in Alfreton is a new housing development being built by Avant Homes, a UK based privately owned house builder.
When complete, the development will comprise of a collection of three, four and five-bedroom houses.
Initially, Alpha Rail supplied the metal railings that were installed by the fencing contractor around the front gardens of the show home complex. Having completed this stage to the customer’s satisfaction, Alpha Rail continued to supply railings on an ongoing basis as each development complex was completed.
The majority of railings supplied were 1100mm high vertical bar railings with a ball top finial. All were galvanised and powder coated black RAL 9005 to ensure low maintenance and longevity of appearance.
