This is the second in a six-part story describing the metal railings and gates production process. We explain how your order will be dealt with, right from the initial enquiry, through to the supply and installation of the finished metalwork.
Alpha Rail likes to be very transparent and detailed with their cost proposals and quotations and aims to build a close working relationship with our clients.
We are familiar with the procurement and tendering processes required by public sector organisations. We are also happy to work with architects, building and civil engineering companies, fencing and landscaping contractors to submit proposals for railings, gates archways and other metalwork required for commercial projects. These include housing developments, gardens or public parks, memorial gardens, heritage sites and schools projects.
We also work for private individuals who require a bespoke solution on a prestige residence. We have worked for quite a few wealthy individuals and celebrities who have used Alpha Rail metalwork to enhance security or create stunning finishing touches to their building or landscaping project using ornate steel or wrought iron railings, fences and entrance gates.
Once we have a full understanding of the project requirements we provide a detailed specification for the steel railings section sizes, decorative finials, bespoke fixings and fittings to ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation related to steel fencing. (BS1722 part 9)
All our work is environmental and quality assured to the requirements of British Standards ISO9001 and ISO14001. We are members of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, British Association of Landscape Industries, Constructionline and the European Fencing Industry Association – so you can be assured of our credentials.
